New SBI BMA Clients Driver PB 100 & Cogent CSD 200 Biometric Device

State Bank of india Has Introduced the New Drivers for the Biometric Devices for SBI Kiosk banking Website Wef 12/12/2015. The BC/CSP have to download the New drivers if they are Using PB 100 or Cogent CSD Devices. The New Drives can be Downloaded from the Following Links available…

KO’s using CSD 200, their mapping needs to be changed to Cogent Precision by respective Circle Admin.
KO’s may sentmail to kiosk.helpdesk@sbi.co.in mentioning ko code and CSD 200 for faster resolution.
PB100 users don’t need to change mapping, only new driver is to be installed.
