Welfare Measures Introduced by Bank for BCs / CSPs
Please refer to e-circular no. NBG/FIMF/BC/CSP/1/2020-21 dated 9th April 2020
detailing the timelines and guidelines in respect of welfare measures introduced for
BCs/CSPs. Incentivizing BCs / CSPs worked well and motivated them to provide
uninterrupted services.
- With the recent surge in number of COVID-2019 cases, the percentage of functional
CSPs and the activity level has gone down as the COVID variant is highly infectious

BCs/CSPs and keep them incentivized, which will go a long way in extending the
services in an uninterrupted manner. - Accordingly, the welfare measures related to COVID-19 to BCs/CSPs for the period
May 2021 to September 2021, will be as under: –
